Ordered a custom dining room table august 2021 and was quoted a finish date of January 2022 at the latest. It is now April and I still have not received my table. I have called multiple times and have not received a call back. I also stopped in the store twice and was told “it’ll be a couple more weeks,” that was over 2.5 months ago.

John Gengrich, the owner, is as gracious, helpful and honest and anyone you will ever meet.He knows his furniture and the availability of options and is helpful with suggestions. Beautiful furniture at reasonable prices from honest people.We travel from NC, purported to be the furniture capital of the US, to Ohio to see John for our furniture needs.

John is excellent in his knowledge and service. If you want the furniture store that even the locals shop at, this is it! In stock items or special order. Note closed on Thursdays. Suggest calling ahead as well. Sometimes hours vary.

We would explain to John our vision, then he would draw it up and show us what he came up with. Have a great selection of amish-made furniture and they can pecial order custom furniture if you need it. They also have a good selection of poly furniture for outdoor use. They are great people to deal with.

They will custom build furniture according to YOUR DESIGN. The pieces they build could last a lifetime possibly into your grandchildren's lives if you never have a house fire. The wood they use is natural not that fiberboard or pressed wood made of fused together sawdust.
